A Cambodian man who tested negative for Covid-19 was found dead in a quarantine center in Tbong Khmum province on Wednesday after voluntarily quarantining himself there since Sunday.
Police have arrested at least 30 people, some linked to the outlawed opposition CNRP, for allegedly posting fake news about Covid-19 this year. Officials have defended the arrests as an attempt to prevent social disorder, but others say they are meant to silence dissent.
