Anti-Terror Officer Sued for Wielding Gun at Pchum Ben Duck Soup Party

UPDATED Sept. 25 — An anti-terrorism officer arrived uninvited to a noodle restaurant’s Pchum Ben duck soup party, got drunk, pulled out his gun, and threatened to kill the restaurateur and his wife, alleges a complaint lodged against him at the Phnom Penh Municipal Court.

Police Interrogate Facebook Users After Xenophobic Live Broadcast

A group of Facebook users were questioned by police on Wednesday after streaming live from a pagoda in Takeo province, and preparing to distribute copies of the Paris Peace Agreements while urging viewers to think about which foreigners stood behind various officials.
