Hun Sen’s Older Brother Hun Neng Dies Aged 72
Hun Neng, the older brother of Prime Minister Hun Sen, died around 6:25 p.m. Thursday evening from heart disease, an official statement said. He was 72 years old.

Internet service provider Ezecom, owned by tycoon Kith Meng, announced Thursday it has taken over embattled firm Opennet. After “vigorous discussions,” NagaCorp and the Phnom Penh casino’s workers union agreed that they had not yet reached an agreement, the Labor Ministry said in a statement.
