Unions to Boycott Labor Law Meeting Over Night-Shift Pay

Six unions announced they would boycott Tuesday’s meeting with the Labor Ministry where they were to discuss amendments to the Labor Law, a move that a ministry spokesperson said misunderstood economics and would have no impact.

Ex-CNRP Jailed for 5 Years for Plotting; Six Others Summoned to Trial

Ex-CNRP members in two provinces were jailed or summoned to trial over old charges of incitement and plotting, with authorities relitigating cases related to party founder Sam Rainsy’s failed promise to return to the country last year and other campaigns promoted by party leaders living in exile abroad.

7 Labor, Youth Groups Targeted in Police Survey
