Man With Coronavirus Remains Stable in Quarantine

A Chinese man who was identified as Cambodia’s first case of the novel coronavirus is in stable condition, but remains in quarantine in a Preah Sihanouk provincial hospital, officials said on Tuesday.

Kep Official: Collapsed Building Was Constructed Illegally

A land management officer in Kep province said the seven-story building that collapsed on Friday, killing 36 and injuring 23 others, had started construction without a license and had only been permitted to build up to six stories.
