Fish Catch, Exports See Significant Drop in First Quarter

Fish catch and exports dropped during the first quarter of the year, according to an Agriculture Ministry report, with fisherfolk attributing the drop to changing weather patterns, low water levels and illegal fishing practices.

Police Send Slap-Happy Youth to Court After Drive-By TikTok Smack

Two youths who were filmed smacking an unidentified foreign cyclist on the back of the head while they drove a motorbike past him were sent to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court on Wednesday to set an example for other wayward youth, a police official said.
