85 Advisers Appointed to Justice Ministry
The Justice Ministry has added 85 unpaid advisers.
In two separate decrees, the government appointed 33 advisers with the rank of deputy director-general and 52 others as advisers without pay to the ministry.
Justice Ministry spokesman Chin Malin said the goal was to improve the ministry’s efficiency. He said the advisers were from various backgrounds and selected based on specific needs “to use their skills and talents,” but did not provide details.
“These appointments don’t add a burden to the state because they don’t take a salary,” Malin said.
