Two owners of a commuter boat and its 15-year-old driver have been arrested following the deaths of 11 schoolchildren last week.
Ten children have been found dead and one is still missing after a tragic boat sinking in Kandal province.
The Preah Sihanouk provincial administration said a boat carrying 41 Chinese nationals sank off the coast of Koh Tang, with 18 rescued at the time and another passenger found after a day.
