Woman Confirmed With Covid-19 Two Weeks After Arriving From US

A 33-year-old Cambodian woman was confirmed to have Covid-19 while in self-quarantine in Battambang two weeks after arriving from the U.S., and was in contact with at least seven people before testing positive, the Health Ministry announced Friday morning.

Update: Hungarian Man Confirmed Positive for Covid-19 in Siem Reap

A Hungarian man has been confirmed positive for Covid-19 and was located by authorities at his Siem Reap City villa after officials said earlier that he had gone missing and was suspected to have contracted the virus, the Health Ministry said on Saturday afternoon.

Road 151, which leads to the village, is lined with rice fields getting their first taste of the monsoons in mid-August. But the closer you get to Prey Phnheas, the rice shoots are not as green.
