Anyone who has “unintentionally” become involved in exiled opposition leader Sam Rainsy’s planned homecoming next month can confess and be spared punishment, Prime Minister Hun Sen said.
UPDATED 5:55 p.m. — The Phnom Penh Municipal Court once again deferred its decision against two former Radio Free Asia journalists accused of espionage, with a judge announcing that the case against them would be reinvestigated.
