Two More Prisons Found With Covid-19, No Update on Numbers

11 Jailed, 390 Fined, 1,478 Quarantined for Covid Violations in Capital

Eleven people in the capital were jailed for allegedly violating harsh Covid-19 measures put in place since April, a police spokesperson said, and hundreds of others had been fined or sent to quarantine, but eventually released, for not following the city’s lockdown rules.

Phnom Penh Vaccinations to Be Finished This Month: Health Ministry

Phnom Penh’s vaccination campaign will be finished this month as progress has been faster than planned, the Health Ministry said, with districts reporting vaccination rates that project to more than half of their populations having received first doses on average.
