Three Former CNRP Members Charged Over Phone Discussion

The Kampong Thom Provincial Court on Wednesday charged three former Cambodia National Rescue Party members with public insult for discussing CNRP leaders’ pledged return to the country over the phone, according to their defense lawyer.

Ex-Governor Gets 13 Years in Jail for Mistress Murder

A former Takeo provincial governor and his brother were found guilty on Monday of the murder of the ex-governor’s mistress, sentencing them to 13 and 10 years in prison, respectively, according to a court spokesman.
