Kung Raiya Charged Over Kem Ley T-Shirt

UPDATED 7:22 p.m. — The Phnom Penh Municipal Court charged activist Kung Raiya with incitement to commit a felony today for printing T-shirts with murdered political analyst Kem Ley’s image and words.
